Since becoming a Salesforce customer in 2012 my career has never been the same. I became a certified admin and developer then switched from the customer world to consultancy world. It led me to a vibrant and amazing community of people passionate about Salesforce and helping each other be successful.

I wanted to be a part of that community and sharing my own passion to help others. That opened doors for me to lead the Nashville Developer Group, mentor other admins and developers, speak at conferences including Dreamforce, start a successful blog, author dozens of open source projects, and be nominated as Salesforce MVP two years in a row.

Trailhead entered the scene with its fun and fresh style and revolutionized how we approach learning and credentialing.

Trailhead ushered in new tools to equip users, admins, and developers be successful at their companies and build their own careers. It inspired community movements like Salesforce Saturdays and Trailhead4All.

And with that I’m excited to announce that today I start a new chapter in my career by joining Salesforce as a Technical Curriculum Developer with Team Trailhead!

I can’t think of a better way to pair my passion for teaching and advocating Salesforce than with helping develop curriculum, hands-on workshops, and superbadges for Trailhead.

Thank you for all your support and encouragement these past few years, it means so much to me!

I’ll see you on the trails πŸ˜‰
